This Trade Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Earth Natural engages in wholesale trade, bulk supply, distribution, and business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By placing a trade or bulk order with us, you agree to comply with the terms mentioned below.
1. Scope of Trade
Earth Natural supplies natural food products, including pickles, sauces, and related items, to:

Retailers

Wholesalers

Institutional buyers

Online & offline resellers
All trade transactions are governed by this policy unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Trade Enquiry & Onboarding
To initiate a trade relationship, buyers may be required to provide:

Owner / Authorized Person Name

Business Address
-
GST Number (mandatory where applicable)

Contact Number & Email
-
Expected order quantity and frequency
Earth Natural reserves the right to approve or reject any trade enquiry at its sole discretion.
3. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Trade pricing is different from retail pricing and is shared only with approved trade partners.

A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to all wholesale or bulk purchases.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material, packaging, or logistics costs.
4. Payment Terms

All trade orders must be paid 100% in advance, unless a separate written credit agreement exists.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment modes.

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
5. Dispatch & Delivery

Trade orders are dispatched within the agreed timeline after payment confirmation.
-
Delivery timelines may vary based on order size, location, and logistics partner availability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
Earth Natural is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.
6. No Return or Buyback Policy
All trade and bulk orders are final and non-returnable.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products:

No returns

No exchanges
-
No buybacks
are accepted once the order is dispatched or delivered.
7. Damaged or Short Supply
In case of:

Transit damage
-
Leakage
-
Incorrect quantity or product
The buyer must notify Earth Natural within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or video proof.
Approved cases may be resolved through replacement or credit note, at the company’s discretion.
8. Storage & Shelf Life Responsibility
Once the products are delivered:

Proper storage conditions are the sole responsibility of the trade buyer.

Earth Natural is not liable for spoilage or quality issues arising from improper storage, handling, or delayed sales.
Shelf life details are provided on product labels and must be followed strictly.
9. Branding & Resale

Earth Natural products must be sold only in original packaging.
-
Alteration, relabeling, or misrepresentation of products is strictly prohibited.

Use of Earth Natural’s brand name, logo, or images for marketing requires prior written approval.
10. Termination of Trade Relationship
Earth Natural reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trade partnership if:

Payment defaults occur

Brand misuse is identified
-
Policies are violated
-
Customer complaints damage brand reputation
Such termination may occur without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
This Trade Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
